• Brandon Shaffer and Family

    Welcome

My name is Brandon Shaffer. I’m a proud father and Navy veteran, and I’m running for Congress in Colorado’s 4th Congressional District.

I'm tired of listening to the bickering on cable every night. I’m tired of the continued failures of Washington, which are chipping away at the middle class.

I'm a third generation Coloradan. After graduating from Denver East High School, I worked my way through college on an ROTC scholarship, and I proudly served our country in the Navy. I met my wife while I was deployed and she's an elementary school teacher in Longmont.

Like many of you, I'm concerned for future generations of Coloradans, like my two children Dylan and Madison. That’s why I'm running for Congress.

Last day

While yesterday may have been my last day at the state capitol, today we’re starting a new chapter in this campaign and I’m asking for your support to help us hit the ground running. Enough is enough

This so called War on Women has turned into an all-out political game, and women across this nation have become yet another partisan football to be thrown on the evening news. It’s time we come together and say enough is enough. That’s why this Saturday I’m joining thousands of Coloradans to refocus this debate on what’s truly at stake: equality. Continue reading
